Press Release (8/23/2006) New Additions to Pacific Food Court at Quincy Fair Mall The first to open was a large restaurant called Little Q Hot Pot which offers a unique menu and equally unique method of preparation. Cooking Mongolian style, at individual tables, is the distinctive feature of this spot. Little Q opened to rave reviews and these two new eateries have promise as well. The first SUSHI TIME is owned by a Japanese cook that was formerly notable at Downtown Crossing, Boston. There he enjoyed a very fine reputation for his "always fresh" sushi menu. At this new location, along with the Sushi a-la-cart and Maki-Rolls menus, he serves traditional Japanese favorites. In this particular section of the food court there is a small dining nook set apart very much more private. The second, TASTE OF TAIWAN, is a more traditional food court style eatery. Two young Asian women have put together an interesting Taiwan Dim Sum menu as well as traditional Taiwanese Noodle or Rice listing. If you are more adventurous there is always chilled seaweed or jellyfish or maybe even marinated tofu. Both are bring, attractive and inviting. Diners find it difficult to make a choice between all three. Plans for the next two scheduled to open soon show a promise of being equally interesting. ### |
